Services
To create safer workplaces for women and LGBTQIA+ persons, we provide
services to create compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at
the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (POSH)
and train workplaces about gender and sensitivity.


Strengthen your
legal compliance
CSJ offers consultations on designing and tailoring your POSH policy,
strengthening the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) and inquiries
mechanism under the Act, and assistance with determining the action
to be taken after the inquiry is complete.
We provide templates for compliance documents and offer
appointment of external member to the ICC from CSJ, along with legal
assistance to the aggrieved party, should they wish to take legal
action.
Trainings and sensitisation
A workplace is made of people. To ensure that these people are aware about identifying sexual harassment, take action, and reflect to understand consent and boundaries at the workplace, we provide trainings to employees, Human Resource/ Management persons and employer.
These sessions are tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of the workplace.
Our members have served as external members of ICC of various organisations such as the District Education Department, Bharuch District Collector Office and Office of the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dang District Women and Child Department, Amreli Police Station, Lathi District Court, Amreli Family Court, Amreli Office of ADG (Audit), AZU, Ahmedabad
