28th April 2017: The High Court of Gujarat released a notice in response to a Public Interest Litigation(PIL) filed by CSJ, in the name of Jandurbhai Bhaladiya on behalf of fishermen of seven districts demanding off-shore emergency medical services.
High Court issued notice to Union/State government and GVK Power and Infrastructure to clear their stand on it by 6th June 2017.
